Overall Condition: Acid test indicates the shank is 18 karat gold, the decorative bezel around the cameo is 14 karat gold. The shank is out of round, approximate size 7 on the finger. There is a slight metal discoloration on the gallery surrounding the top bezel and a small solder seam. The lapis has a few tiny nicks on the outer edges.
